Do you have more products in store?

A- Yes we hold over 1200 toys in store.

Do you sell Gift vouchers?
|
A- Yes we do and they are redeemable in the UK.

Do you take special orders from the catalogue?
|
A- We take special orders in store for products you require that we don't stock, subject to availability.

A- Unfortunately we haven't got the facilities to be able to deliver.

Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?

A- Yes, we will be happy to refund (with proof of purchase). If not we will issue a credit note or exchange on any ELC product that you are not happy with. All non ELC products would require proof of purchase before we are able to refund or exchange. |

A- The Big Birthday Club is here to lighten the load when it’s your little one’s birthday. As a member, you’ll get loads of great ideas for parties and gifts.
We’ll also send your child a birthday treat. |
How much does it cost to join the Big Birthday Club?

A- Nothing it's completely free

Can children of any age join?

A- Any child aged between 1 and 6 can join the Big Birthday Club.

I signed up for the Big Birthday Club but didn’t receive my pack. Why?

A- We're really sorry to hear that. Please send an email to letting us know when and where you signed up. We’ll do our best to find out what’s gone wrong and sort it out.

Nurseries and pre-schools
|

A- Yes we offer a 10% discount for sales over £25 to nurseries and pre-schools who register with us in our store (subject certain conditions).
