Products in store
Do you have more products in store?
Answer:- Yes we hold over 1200 toys in store.
Do you sell Gift vouchers?
Answer:- Yes we do and they are redeemable in the UK.
Orders and delivery
Do you take special orders from the catalogue?
Answer:- We take special orders in store for products you require that we don't stock, subject to availability.
Do you deliver?
Answer:- Unfortunately we haven't got the facilities to be able to deliver.
Refund policy
Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
Answer:- We will gladly refund or exchange items purchased in this store within 28 days from date stated on the receipt. If you cannot provide a receipt we will exchange ELC products providing the product is current and in a saleable condition. Any branded item will not be exchanged without proof of purchase. Please note that we do not refund or exchange any reduced lines.

What is the Big Birthday Club?
Answer:- The Big Birthday Club is here to lighten the load when it’s your little one’s birthday. As a member, you’ll get loads of great ideas for parties and gifts.
We’ll also send your child a birthday treat.
How much does it cost to join the Big Birthday Club?
Answer:- Nothing it's completely free.
Can children of any age join?
Answer:- Any child aged between 1 and 6 can join the Big Birthday Club.
I signed up for the Big Birthday Club but didn’t receive my pack.
Why?
Answer:- We're really sorry to hear that. Please send an email to letting us know when and where you signed up. We’ll do our best to find out what’s gone wrong and sort it out.
Nurseries and pre-schools
Do I get any discount?
Answer:-Yes we offer a 10% discount for sales over £25 to nurseries and pre-schools who register with us in our store (subject certain conditions).
